If your requirements are outside our designated hours of operation we will require forward notice so we can attempt to assist you.  Contact us to discuss your requirements.

Salon Etiquette

Reservations

To avoid disappointment and in order to secure your preferred appointment time we recommend that you book your next appointment before leaving our salon. Otherwise, we recommend that you call us at least a week in advance to make your appointment as we do book up quickly and we don't want you to miss out on the time that is most convenient to you. However, please do feel free to call at the last minute as there may be appointment changes that allow you to make an appointment. We also keep a waiting list and will call you if your preferred appointment time becomes available.

 

Booking and Cancellation Policy

We would like to continually offer our clients the very best and at the same time maintain our prices,  therefore a creditcard or gift voucher number is required at the time of booking to secure all reservations. A 50% deposit is required for all treatments. If there is an occasion when you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we require a minimum of 24 business hours notice,  If you are unable to keep your appointment we are happy for you to send someone else in your place. If you do not give us 24 business hours notice we will need to charge you a 50% cancellation fee.

 

We hope you understand that this policy is in place for the best possible outcome for all of our clients.

 

Confirmation of Appointments

At Reverse Skin Clinic, in order to accommodate all of our valued clients, we need to follow a strict confirmation policy. Your appointment will be confirmed by text the day prior to your scheduled appointment time and you will be requested to respond YES to confirm or call us to reschedule. If you do not respond we will try to call you. If we still have not heard from you, your appointment time may be made available for another of our valued clients without further notice to you and our cancellation policy will apply.

 

When to Arrive

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow yourself to unwind and relax, ready for your treatment. New clients will need to fill in our new client consultation form.

 

We Run on Time

We value your time so it's our policy to run on time. No one likes to be kept waiting, which is why at Reverse Skin Clinic we have a policy of running on time. We recommend that you arrive on time so that you receive your full service. If you arrive late we will be forced to reduce your treatment time so that the next client is not kept waiting. If you arrive so late that we cannot provide your service as well as run on time for our next client, our cancellation policy will apply.

 

Mobile Phones

In consideration of other clients we kindly ask you to turn off your mobile phones before your arrival.
